Most calendar months you will have 4 classes. Some calendar months you may have 3 classes and some months you may have 5, but you pay the same amount each month. If you drop out of class, you finish on the 4th week of the "class-month". That way you will have gotten all the classes you have paid for.
WEATHER POLICY: Remember, We will text classes affected.
We do not follow any particular school closing schedule but rather make our decisions based on best data available for when our classes will meet. We will TEXT EVERYONE IN CLASS IF WEATHER IS CANCELLING CLASS. (Make sure your cell phone information in the parent portal is up to date and that you have selected "opt in" for text messages.) We reserve the right to NOT MAKE-UP classes cancelled due to weather as it is beyond our control and our full schedule does not always allow an opportunity to schedule make-ups.
IF WE CANCEL DUE TO WEATHER, WE WILL TEXT ALL CLASSES THAT ARE AFFECTED DUE TO WEATHER and we will announce it online on FACEBOOK and ON THE PHONE.
In the case that a storm is actually coming in during the evening hours, we MAY cancel remaining classes as late as 5 or 6pm so if the weather is turning questionable during class hours, PLEASE CALL THE GYM to verify if we are open. (740) 363-7552.
WE DO NOT ADJUST, PRORATE, or REFUND for missed classes due to weather. Weather is considered an "act of God" beyond our control. We reserve the right to NOT MAKE-UP classes cancelled due to weather as it is beyond our control and our full schedule does not always allow an opportunity to schedule make-ups.
